A referral service. We are not a restoration contractor and do not carry out restoration work. Calls placed through this site are connected to independent contractors. See the disclaimer for the full statement.
3. No contract for services.
Using this site does not create a contract between you and us for restoration work. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor who attends. We are not a party to it.
4. Information on this site.
Content is provided for general information. We take care to be accurate, particularly with local information, and cite public sources where relevant. We do not warrant that everything is complete, current or applicable to your situation. Nothing here is professional advice — building, plumbing, insurance or legal.
5. Contractors.
Contractors are independent businesses. We do not employ, supervise or control them, and make no warranty as to their availability, response times, pricing, workmanship or conduct. Any claim relating to work performed lies against the contractor.
6. Compensation.
We may receive compensation when a call results in work. This does not affect what you are charged.
7. Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on information published here, or from any work performed by a contractor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where we link to external sites — city governments, state agencies and similar — we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
